Mandatory statement (Australian Consumer Law)
12-month warranty
We warrant the ARCHER device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in line with the instructions, for 12 months from the date of delivery. For a valid claim we will repair, replace or refund.
How a claim is assessed — concierge video call
To make a warranty claim, email concierge@archerskin.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our concierge team will book a short video call with you to complete an assessment of the device and confirm the fault, then resolve your claim. This assessment is how we verify and process warranty claims; it does not replace or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
No change-of-mind returns
This is a warranty against defects. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
What's not covered
Misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or repair, or normal wear. Your consumer-guarantee rights continue regardless, and can apply beyond this 12-month period for a durable product.

The Limited Warranty for the ARCHER device, provided by The Lumia Group Inc (a Nevada corporation).
12-month Limited Warranty
We warrant that the ARCHER device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, in accordance with the instructions, for 12 months from the date of delivery. This is a Limited Warranty. If a covered defect appears, we will, at our option, repair or replace the device or refund the purchase price.

Implied warranties (Magnuson-Moss)
Because we give this written warranty, we do not disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; consistent with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, those implied warranties are limited in duration to this 12-month period, except where prohibited by state law. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so that limit may not apply to you.
