The Lumia Group Inc (a Nevada corporation) operates archerskin.com. This notice explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, and your privacy rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar US state laws.

We don't seek sensitive personal information through the website. (Any future facial-photo app will use separate, explicit opt-in consent — see Illinois BIPA, Texas CUBI and Washington's My Health My Data Act.)

Marketing emails identify us, include our postal address and a working unsubscribe we honor within 10 business days. Marketing texts are sent only with your prior express written consent; reply STOP to opt out.

8. Retention, security & children

We keep data only as long as needed and use reasonable security. The site is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA).
